Shipping policy
Bloom Floral Farm ships all our goods via Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Exact delivery times will depend on the service available to your address.
We ship all orders that are (NOT PRESALE ITEMS or out of season flowers) within one to four business days.
Please review your shipping address carefully when inputting your order. Incorrect delivery addresses will incur a $30 fee for changes or redirects once the package has been submitted to the carrier and are not guaranteed once a tracking number has been issued. Bloom Floral is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided.
Bloom Floral Tubers are sold as a pre-sale, tubers purchased now will ship in spring after danger of freezing while in transit, shipping generally begins in April. Due to the nature of live product, there is a chance that items will not be available at time of shipping due to crop storage failure or something else out of our control. If the tuber is unavailable, we will process a refund on your order.
Bloom Floral is not responsible for packages received after the specified delivery date, or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. We package our flowers and other products the best possible way to ensure their safety while in transit, but there are instances when packages are mishandled and damaged by the carrier. In the event your package is delayed or damaged, please contact us so we can file a claim for your damaged goods. If the claim is paid by the shipping company, we will issue a credit to your account. Claims take 30-90 days to be evaluated and paid. Bloom Floral is not responsible for reimbursing damaged products not covered by the carrier.
